Subscriptions and refunds
Last updated 17 October 2026. Part of our terms of use.
- Seedling is free. Sprout, Ripe and Harvest are paid monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel.
- Cancel any time in Settings → Plans. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Changed your mind within 14 days of first paying? Ask and we'll refund you in full.
- Nobody is charged during the private beta, and never without agreeing first.
Plans and prices
Our current plans and prices are on the pricing page. Prices are in NZ dollars and include GST.
Paying yearly costs the same as 11 months, so you get one month free.
Paying
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your first payment is taken when you choose a plan. After that, you're charged at the start of each month or year until you cancel.
- We'll email you a receipt for every payment. Before a yearly plan renews, we'll email you at least 7 days ahead.
- If a payment fails, we'll let you know and try again over the following days. If it still can't be taken, your account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
Changing plans
- Upgrading takes effect straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of your current period.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current period. If the new plan includes fewer dashboards, linked accounts or exchanges, nothing is deleted. Anything over the new limit stops syncing until you choose what to keep or upgrade again.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Settings → Plans, or by emailing hello@worthberry.co. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free Seedling plan. Your data stays until you delete your account.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, ask for a full refund for any reason.
- Yearly plans cancelled after the first 14 days aren't refunded for the rest of the year, unless the law requires it. You keep your plan until the year ends.
- If something goes wrong on our side, like a long outage or a feature you paid for not working, tell us. We'll put it right, and refund you if that's fair.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
Your rights
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 give you rights that this page doesn't take away, including a remedy if the service isn't provided with reasonable care and skill.
Price changes
If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you. The new price starts from your next renewal after that, and you can cancel before it does.
The private beta
Worthberry is free while the private beta runs. Beta members get at least 30 days' notice before charges start and are never moved onto a paid plan without choosing one.
